Payments:
All payments regarding purchases in our store are exclusively handled by either WooCommerce / Stripe Payment Processing or by Personal Check (needs to be confirmed by us).
Your order will not be shipped before receipt of payment. C.O.D. orders are not offered.
Taxes:
We are charging applicable State sales tax for all orders as required by law. That includes all in person, phone, text and online orders.
Shipping:
FREE SHIPPING* is included with all orders. We are NOT charging any handling or packaging fees for these destinations. (* to lower 48 states)

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii as well as foreign orders, including Canada will be shipped after cost is determined when order is placed and before items are produced. We will email you the actual cost plus S&H before charging anything.
All U.S. orders are shipped USPS First Class Parcel (with tracking) within 3 to 7 business days of your order (unless otherwise noted.)
Due to the fact that all items are only produced/customized after the order is received, “Overnight” or “Next Day” service is not available. In some cases we may contact you concerning an order that will not ship within the above mentioned time frame.
USPS Delivery may take 2 – 5 business days depending on destination, weather and or holiday rush mailings. In the event of a back-order or a color/size that is sold out we will contact you concerning shipping.
NO GUARANTEE ON SHIPPING DELIVERY DATE IS PROVIDED. FOR BIRTHDAYS OR HOLIDAY GIFT GIVING WE RECOMMEND TO ORDER AT LEAST 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
LOST SHIPMENTS: IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE WE WILL REPLACE THE ITEMS ORDERED ONLY IF YOU PAID FOR OPTIONAL INSURANCE AND AFTER A TRACE ON YOUR SHIPMENT HAS BEEN INITIATED.
Return Policy:
Each item is handled as a special order. We custom print your selected T-Shirt color and size with a design of your choice. Therefore all sales are final.
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted or shows a manufacturing defect.
Please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please contact us by phone or email prior to purchase.
We can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
If you think your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or show a manufacturing defect, contact us within 4 business days after receipt. Please obtain a returned materials authorization number before returning the item. We will inspect the item (worn or washed items do not qualify).
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. Returned goods must be packaged properly in a carton or sturdy envelope. The customer is responsible for the safe transportation of the returned item, therefore insurance is recommended.
